** All forms have been redesigned for 2010 **
Before you start, please make sure you have the latest Adobe Reader. You can download it here if needed.
For each of the relevant* forms below, please take the following steps:
2010 Handbook:- Click on the form. A fillable PDF** will open.
- Fill out the form to the best of your ability. The more information you give us, the better summer experience we can provide for your child.
- Print out the PDF.
- Sign the forms where necessary

* 'Camp Confidential', 'Camper Emergency Information', 'Camper Health History', 'Camper Healthcare Recommendations', and 'Handbook Agreement' are required for all campers. All other forms are as-needed.
