Camp Pembroke is committed to teaching respect for the environment and the skills necessary to enjoy it. The area around Pembroke is picturesque and a practical laboratory for learning about nature and for developing hiking and camping skills. Campers learn campfire building, outdoor cooking, lashing, and orienteering. Pembroke’s own campground, situated a short walk from the main area of camp, allows every bunk to have an overnight camping adventure, complete with the making of s’mores!
