Head of Dance
Description: Coordinates and supervises the dance staff, and overall instructional dance program including instruction in hip-hop, modern, jazz, Israeli, and belly-dancing, orchestrates end of session dance performances, and assists in preparing the Pembroke dance troupe for the Jewish Arts Festival, maintains equipment including CDs, inventories and end-of-season reports and recommendations.
Qualifications: 2 - 5 years experience as Assistant Head of Dance at a day or residential camp, preferably Jewish camp; proven supervisory experiences and class scheduling; Bachelors degree in HPER, dance, education or leisure studies preferred.
